As there will be no play on Day 4, ticket purchasers may be eligible for a refund for the value printed on their ticket, less an administration fee of $2.50 per ticket (this fee may be deducted in a separate transaction).

For patrons who purchased their ticket via the internet, phone or mail order, refunds will be processed automatically to the credit card on which the ticket was bought.

For patrons that purchased their ticket from a Ticketek outlet and wish to apply for a refund, tickets must be mailed along with contact details to:

MCC members should refer to the MCC Website www.mcc.org.au for information regarding pre-purchased refunds from the venue.
