Clarke named in starting XI

Captain Michael Clarke today announced that he will take part in the Third Vodafone Test in Sydney after declaring himself fit.

Glenn Maxwell was named as 12th man and Usman Khawaja the unlucky player to miss a spot, with Australia going with a four-pronged pace attack and a spinner.

The starting XI for the Vodafone Pink Test:

The Vodafone Pink Test begins tomorrow at the SCG.

It will be Mike Hussey's last and also a farewell to cricketing legend Tony Greig.

In tribute to both the SCG Trust and Cricket Australia are calling for fans to wear white zinc on their lips and noses, pink zinc on day three for Jane McGrath Day and wide brimmed hats in honour of Greig.
