Craig McDermott

Craig McDermott was the spearhead of the Australian attack in the late 1980s and early 1990s, playing for Qeensland and Australia.

The right-arm fast bowler  was appointed the new bowling coach of the Australian cricket team in May 2011 but resigned a year later due to the high demands of the international cricket schedule.

In October 2013 a change to the coaching structure was made appointing McDermott as the Test bowling coach and Ali de Winter as the Limited Overs bowling coach.
