Australia has a new Physical Performance Coach for the 2012-13 summer. David Bailey joins the Australian men’s team bringing with him a wealth of experience.
Bailey is no stranger to physical performance programs in cricket, having spent six seasons with Cricket Victoria as their Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. In that time, the Bushrangers won domestic titles in all forms of the game.
He was also the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Melbourne Renegades in their first KFC T20 Big Bash League season, as well as the Deccan Chargers in the IPL.
His domestic experience will be vital in preparing the Australian team for their tough summer and busy schedule over the next 18 months.
