	Wally Edwards — Chairman Elected Chairman of Cricket Australia in October 2011. A company Director and civil engineer with Holman Industries — a Perth-based irrigation products manufacturer. Vice-President of the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA) since 2000, he received life membership of that organisation in 2002. Board Member : — ICC Executive Board — ICC IDI Board — Kerry Packer Cricket Foundation A Member of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 Interim Committee. Elected Deputy Chairman of Cricket Australia in June 2010. Completes his 11th year as one of Western Australia's two representatives on the Board. He represented Australia in three Test matches in 1974–75 against England as a left-hand opening batsman and played 25 first-class matches for Western Australia between 1973–74 and 1977–78. At local level he played with the Midland-Guildford, University and North Perth clubs.
	Hon Dr John Bannon AO Board member of the South Australian Cricket Association since 2000, and appointed as a Cricket Australia Director in November 2008 following the retirement of Creagh O’Connor as a SA representative. John is an Adjunct Professor of Law specialising in constitutional history and federal/state relations, and former Master of St Mark’s College at the University of Adelaide. He was Premier and Treasurer of South Australia from 1982 to 1992, and is a former member of the Board of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. Played cricket for University and St Peters Old Collegians and is a Player Life Member of the Adelaide Turf Cricket Association, a member of the Lords Taverners and the Bradman Collection Management Committee.
	Michael Kasprowicz Queensland's all-time leading wicket-taker Michael Kasprowicz became the youngest Director of the Cricket Australia board following his elevation to replace Matthew Hayden as a Director in August 2011. Kasprowicz stood down as the President of the Australian Cricketers’ Association to take on the role as one of the two Queensland directors of the CA Board. Kasprowicz, who claimed 113 wickets in 38 Tests, 67 wickets in 43 ODIs and five wickets in two T20 Internationals for Australia, retired from first class cricket in 2007-08 after playing 115 matches and taking 505 wickets. Since retirement, he has worked as a cricket commentator for FOX Sports and with IMG at the past two IPL tournaments. He is currently completing an MBA at the University of Queensland Business School where he is also a University of Queensland Goodwill Ambassador to India. He has extensive ties with India, being an active member of the Australia-India Business Council since 2007. At the 2011 Asia-Pacific Cities Summit hosted in Brisbane, he was made an honorary Ambassador for the city. Additionally, Kasprowicz runs his own company that specialises in the facilitation of business relationships with Queensland interests national and internationally. A Level III coach, he was a Board member of the Queensland Cricketers' Club for three years and is a founding member of the Bulls Masters organisation.
	Earl Eddings North Melbourne Cricket Club President from 2001 until November 2008. Deputy Chairman of Cricket Victoria, from 2008, and a Board Member since 2006 . Earl was appointed as Cricket Australia Director in October 2008. Earl has played 242 games for North Melbourne and Northcote Cricket Clubs, also representing The Victorian Second XI in '88/'89. he is also a member of the 200 Club. Earl is Group Managing Director of The Greencap Group, an ASX Listed Professional Services firm. He has a background in risk management and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the London Business School.
	Tony Harrison Current chairman of Cricket Tasmania and Cricket Australia Director since September 2002. Chairman and Managing Director of Corporate Communications (Tas.) Pty Ltd and a former National President of the Public Relations Institute of Australia He is a Director of Echo Projects Pty Ltd, PENPOW Pty Ltd, North West Foundation Pty Ltd and Tarraleah Holdings Pty Ltd. A member of the Tasmanian Consumer Affairs Council from 1994 to 1998, he rose to become Chairman of the Tasmanian Government's Consumer Affairs Advisory Committee in 1998. Played cricket for the University and Geilston Bay cricket clubs.
	Jacquie Hey A Non-executive Director on the Board of Cricket Australia. She is also a Non-Executive Director of the Bendigo & Adelaide Bank and a member of its Audit and Risk Committees and Chair of the Change Committee. She is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) including being a member of its Audit and Remuneration Committees. Jacquie is the Honorary Consul for Sweden in Victoria. Previously, Jacquie was the Managing Director of Ericsson entities in Europe, Australia/New Zealand and in the Middle East.
	David Peever Appointed managing director Rio Tinto Australia in November 2009. David is a Councillor of Business Council of Australia, as well as Chairman of the BCA Economic Policy and Competitiveness Committee, Vice Chairman of Minerals Council of Australia, member of the Male Champions of Change Advisory Group, as well as a member of the Department of Defence Gender Equality Advisory Board, Chairman of Northparkes Joint Venture, member of Melbourne Storm Advisory Board and Chairman of the Rio Tinto Staff Superannuation Fund, Non-Executive Director of Cricket Australia and Melbourne Business School. David graduated from James Cook University with an economics degree and later completed a Masters of Science in Mineral Economics from Macquarie University. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Queensland Cricket Association.
	Kevin Roberts A former NSW first-class cricketer/middle order bat with a top score of 119 for his state. Kevin was appointed Managing Director of adidas Australia at the age of 30 and promoted to Asia Pacific and global roles, rising to the position of Senior Vice President in adidas' Sport Performance division, responsible for a global revenue budget of $9bn. After returning to Australia, Kevin successfully led Colorado Group out of receivership in his role as CEO, managing the sale of the group via a debt for equity swap and re-birthing its brands with a strong capital structure under the corporate banner of Fusion Retail Brands. Kevin is a former Director of the Australian Sporting Goods Association and a current Director of Netball Australia.
	David Dilley David was elected as a Board Member of Cricket Australia in February 2013, having been a Director of Cricket New South Wales since September 2009. One of the top hand surgeons in Sydney, David has been a First Grade cricket umpire for the past five years, as well as acting as an Accredited Trainer for courses run throughout the State. He was previously the Chairman of the Education and Training committee.
