A remarkable running catch from Aussie keeper Matthew Wade helped put Australia in a commanding position heading into day two of the Vodafone Boxing Day Test.
Australia came out firing in the traditional Vodafone Boxing Day Test and with a huge crowd willing them on, it was debutant Jackson Bird who claimed the first wicket of the game and his first Test wicket. A ripper of a catch in the slips from Mike Hussey got rid of Mathews and although David Warner made an quick-fire 62 that included a monster six, our moment of the day was Matthew Wade's stunning diving catch near the boundary after sprinting more than 20 metres to dismiss danger man Kumar Sangakkara.
