Sthalekar, Lanning lead way for Australia

Two Australians feature in the top-five of the ICC women's one-day international bowling rankings as the World Cup in India approaches.

Lisa Sthalekar (764 points) is second, just behind England's Katherine Brunt (777) while all-rounder Ellyse Perry (685) is fourth.

Another Australian in the top 20 is Erin Osborne (511), who comes in at number 15.

In the batting rankings, Meg Lanning (635) is the best-placed Australian in sixth position, behind India's number one ranked Mithali Raj (767).

Three other Australians made the top 20, with Alex Blackwell (eighth), Jessica Cameron (10th) and Sthalekar (19th) all figuring.

The women's ODI World Cup commences in India on January 31.
