Boof plotting revenge after prank

Lehmann takes to Twitter to vow revenge after becoming the subject of some in-flight fun from Mitch Marsh and Peter Siddle

Australian cricketers Mitchell Marsh and Peter Siddle might want to watch their backs during the second Test in Perth after pulling a prank on head coach Darren Lehmann.

The Bupa Support Team head coach has vowed revenge on his Test squad members, after becoming the subject of a prank on the Australian squad's Qantas flight to Perth on Tuesday, where Steve Smith announced a new five year partnership between Cricket Australia and the airline.

An unwitting Lehmann was using the lengthy flight as a chance to catch up on some well-earned rest after Australia's emphatic win over New Zealand at the Gabba when Marsh and Siddle decided to attempt an "exclusive interview" with their mentor and fielding coach Greg Blewett who was also fast asleep.

While Australian Cricket Team coach Darren Lehmann didn't give much on his Qantas flight to Perth, he did name his top six batsmen in the world HERE: http://cricketa.us/1MIABQr

After seeing the video on the @cricketaus Twitter page, Lehmann – who, rest assured, was definitely asleep during the filming of the video - took to Twitter to issue a warning to those involved.

What Boof has in mind remains to be seen, but it seems the former Test player is no stranger to pulling pranks of his own.

Stay tuned…
