Bio

Malan put himself on the verge of an England call-up in 2016 after a blistering 185 not out for the England Lions, beating Ravi Bopara's previous record of 168.

The bludgeoning left-hander has made 18 first-class and 10 list-A hundreds.

His stunning form for Middlesex led to his Test debut in July 2017 at the Oval, 11 years after his first-class debut.

In July 2017 Malan also debuted in England's T20I side against South Africa, where he made an impressive 78.
