Bio

An up-and-coming pace bowler, Jason Holder has played more than 20 one-day internationals since being called up for his maiden ODI in early 2013.

Holder impressed selectors from an early age and was the team’s leading wicket-taker in the 2010 ICC Under-19 World Cup in New Zealand.

Following his ODI debut, Holder was signed by Chennai Super Kings in the 2013 Indian Premier League auction, while his Test debut followed in June 2014.

The Barbados bowler has shown good form in his ODI career to date including a four-wicket haul against Pakistan in his fourth match.

In December 2014 Holder was named West Indies ODI captain, while in April 2015, he made a maiden Test century to help the West Indies draw the first Test against England.
