Bio

A former national under-19 World Cup squad member, right-hand batsman Jermaine Blackwood broke into the West Indies Test squad in 2014.

His selection followed a successful season in domestic cricket and a century against Bangladesh A.

He scored 63 against New Zealand on debut but his most impressive performances to date came in the April Test series against England, where he announced himself as one of the Caribbean's most promising young batsmen with an unbeaten 112 in the first match, followed by 85 and 47 not out in the third Test.
