An all-rounder who bowls leg-spin and bats in the middle order, 2015/16 was looming as a big season for Jonte Pattison before a knee injury prematurely ended his season just before Christmas.
Prior to the injury, Pattison had played several Toyota Futures League matches for NSW and was captain of the ACT/NSW Country team which finished second at the U/19 National Championships.
He had also been selected in Australia’s preliminary squad for the U/19 World Cup in Bangladesh.
In 2013/14, as a 16-year-old, Pattison was part of the Sydney University team which won the First Grade Grand Final. An indigenous athlete, he has also represented NSW at the Imparja Cup.
