Mushfiqur Rahim already has more that 10 years of experience playing cricket at the highest level.

An under-19s representative between 2004 and 2006, Mushfiqur made his international debut in 2005 against England.

The wicketkeeper-batsman played his first one-day international for Bangladesh in 2006 and was subsequently included in the 2007 ICC Cricket World Cup squad, where he scored an unbeaten 56 in Bangladesh’s famous victory over India.

Mushfiqur played in his third World Cup in 2015.

He has scored more than 4000 runs in one-day matches and has a high score of 117, achieved in early 2014 against India.

In addition to more than 170 ODI matches, Mushfiqur has more than 50 Test caps, with his top Test score of 200 coming against Sri Lanka in 2013.
