Bio

Growing up in a family of cricketers – his father, uncle and brother all play the sport – Peter Moor showed plenty of promise from a young age.

The batsman progressed through the junior representative ranks for Zimbabwe, representing his nation at the 2008 and 2010 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cups.

Good performances in the domestic arena caught the eye of national selectors, who handed Moor his first one-day international cap for November’s series against Bangladesh.

He scored 2 and 13 in his first two matches and will hope to consolidate a place in the team ahead of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015.
