Player Story
One of the most experienced women to represent Bangladesh in the game, Salma Khatun made her ODI debut against Ireland in November 2011. Her T20I debut came the next year against the same team.
The allrounder had an impressive start to her T20I career, posting scores of 41, 23, 27* and 42 in her first four innings.
In June 2018, she was also part of Bangladesh’s squad that went onto win the Women’s Twenty20 Asia Cup.
Khatun has represented Bangladesh in four T20 World Cups, most recently selected to lead her side in the 2020 edition.
