Wicketkeeper-batter McGlashan returns for her second year in the Women's National Cricket League with the Meteors in 2015-16.

McGlashan was a New Zealand under-19s soccer international and played a season in the national league before turning her focus to cricket. 

She has played 193 international matches for the White Ferns since 2002 and scored 163 runs at 54.33 in her first season with the Meteors, including two fifties.
