Stuart Matsikenyeri last played a one-day international in 2012, but will bring plenty of experience into the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015, having played 112 one-day internationals for Zimbabwe.
The batsman made his ODI debut in 2002 and has scored more than 2200 runs since, including three fifties.
Matsikenyeri was part of Zimbabwe’s 2007 World Cup squad, where he played three matching and scored an unbeaten 73 against Ireland. He was also part of the 2003 team, but did not play a game.
He retired from cricket in late 2013, but returned on the domestic circuit one year later.
