An aggressive left-handed batsman with more than 200 one-day international caps to his name, Suresh Raina has focused his career on the limited-overs formats.
He has grown steadily since his ODI debut in 2006 and averaged mid-30s with more than 30 fifties to his name.
A strike rate in the 90s makes him a dangerous one-day prospect, while Raina has also had success on the T20 circuit, where his strike rate is in the mid-130s.
His Test call-up came in mid-2013 and the left-handed batsman made an instant impression scoring a century on debut, but fell out of favour with selectors after 18 Tests.
