Left-arm spinner Zulfiqar Babar waited more than 10 years for his international call-up after making his first-class debut in 2001-02.
When his maiden Test came in October 2013, Babar had already taken more than 300 first-class wickets.
A one-day international debut followed one year later when Babar played in the ODI series against Australia.
His best performance with the ball came in the second match of the series when he took 2-52 including the wickets of Steven Smith and Glenn Maxwell.
