The 22-year-old has been around the Commonwealth Bank Southern Stars squad for a few years now since debuting during the Rose Bowl Series in New Zealand in the lead-up to the 2009 ICC Women’s World Cup in Sydney.
Osborne’s right-arm off-spin is her main weapon, however she also continues to develop her batting and is a handy contributor down the order.
With 38 games to her name and still only young, Osborne has a bright future ahead of her and will be pushing for a more constant place in the starting XI this season.
‘Ozzie’ originally hails from Tamworth but has now moved to play club cricket with St George Sutherland and is often found listening to Bon Jovi before games.
