Australia’s Ashes squad took some time out of their final training camp in Brisbane for a portrait session with Getty Sports photographer Chris Hyde.
With the Australian women playing one Test match every two years, it is a welcome sight to see the squad in whites.
The multi-format, points-based series against England commences in Leicester on July 2. The four-day Test component will take place in Taunton from 18 July, with five squad members in line to potentially receive their first Baggy Green.
Australia fly to England on Saturday, where they will play a series of warm-up matches against England Women’s Academy in Loughborough before the campaign to retain the Ashes begins. Fans in Australia will be able to watch the Ashes live on the Nine Network or listen on ABC Grandstand.
