It's back! How to play Big Bash Fantasy

Claim bragging rights over your mates and other cricket fans and win one of the big prizes up for grabs by playing Big Bash Fantasy this season!

Big Bash Fantasy is back!

Start playing right here

And this year, there are more opportunities to pick the right squad, claim bragging rights over your mates and win one of the big prizes up for grabs.

The concept is the same. Pick the cricketers you believe provide the most value on the field to their team. However as we race towards BBL|08, it’s important to note the following changes to Big Bash Fantasy.

This year, you can pick a new side every day of the BBL and WBBL seasons. With more cricket filling the Australian summer than ever before, the option is there to play casually, or take every opportunity possible to find the best match up and win one of the daily prizes up for grabs.

Build your team

What’s the winning formula? Is it prioritising big scores from opening batsmen or targeting allrounders who can chip in with runs and wickets? Maybe you’ll form a bowler-friendly team and hope for a low-scoring contest on the field.

Dream 11 gives players 100 credit points to build their perfect Big Bash Fantasy team. Players are valued from 1-10 credit points each, with the proven stars of the competition the most expensive to acquire.

WBBL stars name their first-picked for Fantasy

Build your Dream 11 with:

One wicketkeeper

- Between three and five batsmen

- Between one and three allrounders

- Between three and five bowlers

Next, pick a captain for double points and a vice captain for 1.5x points.

Submit your team! You can edit and alter your team as much as possible before the deadline of the match in question.

Once the match is over, it’s time to pick again. Learn from your mistakes and lean on your favourites over and over again. The points scored will add to your overall season tally, but you’ll need to re-select a team when you choose to play again.

Prizes
