International tickets on sale today

All the details for purchasing tickets to the men's and women's internationals with New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, England and India visiting

Tickets for the first Boxing Day Test against New Zealand in 32 years go on sale to the general public today, as do all men's and women's international cricket in a season that will stretch from late September through the height of summer and into late March.

Boxing Day is one of several jewels in the cricket calendar crown this year, and the national sides will be in action long before the Black Caps arrive for the first Trans-Tasman Test series on Aussie soil since late 2015.

A total of 28 international matches across 10 venues shape a summer that will also include the women's T20 World Cup. Tickets for all international matches are now on sale via cricket.com.au/tickets. Tickets for the T20 World Cup are also on sale here.

For the men's internationals, adult tickets start from $30 and families from $65. For women's internationals, adult tickets are $15 and children are free.

The Australian women's team start the season with three-game series in the T20 format (at North Sydney) and in ODIs (at Allan Border Field) against Sri Lanka before the men's side picks up the baton.

Aaron Finch's side will face Sri Lanka in three T20 internationals from October 27 in Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne before playing three more T20s against Pakistan in Sydney, Canberra and Perth starting on November 3.

The Gabba returns as host of the opening Test of the summer when Pakistan visit from November 21 for a two-Test series, with points in the forthcoming ICC Test Championship up for grabs for the first time on Australian soil.

Australia's record at the Brisbane venue currently sits at 30 Tests unbeaten since 1988, the longest active streak in world cricket.

There will then be back-to-back day-night Tests against Pakistan in Adelaide (from November 29) and then New Zealand in Perth (from December 12) before the traditional MCG and SCG Tests over the holiday period.

It will be the first day-night Test match in Perth with play scheduled to start locally at 1pm (4pm AEDT) with a scheduled close of 8pm in Perth, or 11pm in NSW and Victoria.

The Black Caps – who wrap up their Test series in Sydney with the New Year's Test between January 3 and 7 – will return across the Tasman for three ODIs on March 13, 15, and 20 where both teams will wear retro kits chosen by fan polls. Australia will wear a version of the 1999 World Cup-winning kit.

The opening two of those matches will both be played at the SCG – the first a day-night match on a Friday, and then a day game on Sunday. The series shifts will shift to Blundstone Arena for the third and final match in what will be the latest close to an international cricket season since 1979.

Tickets for all games were made available to members of the Australian Cricket Family earlier this week, with the general public sale starting at midday today.

Tickets are available through Ticketek, except for games in Perth, which are available through Ticketmaster.

Entry-level prices for the men's internationals have remained the same for three successive seasons now. There are ticket agency service and delivery fees on top of that. Full price details can be found at cricket.com.au/tickets.

Domestic fixtures including the next BBL season that will include a revamped finals series, the JLT Sheffield Shield and what is expected to be a restructured domestic one-day competition, will be released at a later date.
