Cricket's ultimate home of highlights

The CA Live app and cricket.com.au have you covered for every ball of an epic Test summer

It's a summer of change for Australian cricket, but one constant remains: cricket.com.au and the CA Live app remain the undisputed leader in cricket coverage.

The new summer sees Australia's Test XI take the field on Thursday with a new captain, new coach, new opening combination amid a new era on the broadcast side.

And a new look for Australia's No.1 online cricket destination that reinforces its standing as the home of cricket highlights.

Ponting predicts Test series result

This summer live streaming of the Tests will again be delivered through the CA Live app and cricket.com.au website, thanks to our new partner Kayo.

Available with a 14-day free trial, a Kayo subscription will give streaming access to every men's Test, ODI and T20I played in Australia, every BBL match, all women's internationals on home soil and all 23 televised WBBL matches.

It will also give access to more than 50 sports live and on demand across 180 competitions. A monthly subscription costs $25 per month. For full details on the live streaming options, and a comprehensive FAQ, click here.

Kayo can be streamed through the app or via desktop, and for users of the Google Chrome browser, the video stream can be popped out to sit in a corner of the screen, allowing you to continue viewing other great content on cricket.com.au.

For Adelaide, Kayo will also carry commentary in Hindi for Indian supporters, with Sunil Gavaskar and Harbhajan Singh leading the coverage.

The app and website will also provide free live streaming of the radio broadcasts from the ground, with your choice between the commentary teams of ABC Grandstand, Macquarie Sports Radio or Crocmedia.

Cricket's most popular Match Centre has had a tune up, making live scores and commentary faster than ever before. Every wicket is available to be replayed on demand right from the scorecard.

You can set up notifications in the CA Live app so you never miss a key moment. Simply tap the bell for the key match you want to follow. Under Notifications in the 'more options' tab, you can select what events you want to receive notifications for, including the match start, every wicket and every session.

Through the 'Commentary' tab, you can replay every four and every six hit during the innings, as well as each wicket taken. Filters are available to choose specific innings, players or pick just the key moments.

The 'Highlights' tab is where you'll find all the biggest and best moments from the match, with extended highlights of every day as well as individual moments, while you can also hear direct from the players themselves in their press conferences, including pre-game chats and from the key players after every day's play.

For desktop viewers stuck at work during the cricket, our innovative 'Boss Mode' has you covered.

Click the hat-and-sunglasses icon in the upper right-hand corner and your live scores are delivered via a look-a-like spreadsheet. Perfect for the office!

The app and website will both deliver extensive news and video coverage of the Test matches, with match reports and breaking news coverage backing up the most comprehensive collection of video available anywhere.

There's no better tactical analyst of the game of cricket than Ricky Ponting, and the former Australia captain – described as a "visionary" by Australia coach Justin Langer – will again add his unique insights exclusively on every day of the Domain Test Series.

In addition to the Test matches, the CA Live app will be your place for free live streaming of the JLT Sheffield Shield, which resumes on Friday, as well as the best from cricket around the globe.

The cricket.com.au team includes award-winning senior journalist Andrew Ramsey, who will file his unique insights and coverage every day, while features editor Adam Burnett is a finalist in this year's forthcoming Australian Sports Media Awards in two categories.

There will be a team of content producers on the road with the Australian Men's and Women's cricket teams throughout this summer, with camera operators taking you behind the scenes and closer to the teams than any other outlet.

For podcast lovers, Sam Ferris has you covered with The Unplayable Podcast which will feature key names as guests each week as all the big events are dissected.

The app and website are supported by a strong presence on social media. The cricket.com.au YouTube channel recently became the first Australian brand to pass one million subscribers and continues to soar.

Our Facebook page will go Live before play on every morning of the Tests with either a key player or high-profile cricket identity talking directly to fans from inside the stadium.

And the conversation continues on Twitter, while the best imagery and videos will be found on our Instagram page.
