Former Victoria and Tasmania spinner Clive Rose headlines Australia's senior men's squad for the upcoming Indoor Cricket World Cup.
Australia today named four squads for the tournament, which will be held at home in October, where the hosts will be looking to defend their staggering unbeaten record at the event.
Australian teams have won every indoor World Cup since the very first in 1995 and will be hoping to continue their winning streak in four categories this year – men's, women's, under-22 men's and under-22 women's.
It will be the first staging of the Indoor World Cup since the 2017 tournament in Dubai.
Rose, a former Australia Under-19 representative and a cult hero with the Hobart Hurricanes in the KFC BBL, is a notable name in the senior men's squad having transitioned to the indoor game after losing his state contract with Tasmania.
The squads were picked following last week's national championships in Melbourne, where Queensland took out both men's and women's senior titles as well as the under-22 women's final, while also finishing second in the under-22 men's competition.
There are a total of 21 Queenslanders picked across the four squads for the World Cup.

"The energy and atmosphere felt at Casey Stadium was electric and a reflection of the inspiring capability of Australia's best indoor cricket players," James Allsopp, Cricket Australia Executive General Manager of Community Cricket and Capability, said in a statement.
"A huge congratulations to the players and officials on an outstanding championships that were played in terrific spirit.
"Cricket Australia is proud to fully fund the men's and women's squads for the forthcoming 2022 WICF Indoor Cricket World Cup. I have no doubt the 56 players and officials will represent our nation with pride."
