The Sydney Thunder and Melbourne Stars were forced to share the points after bad weather forced a no result in the Rebel WBBL match in front of 796 brave fans at Bankstown.
The Thunder had blasted 3-92 from 10 overs when hail and rain forced players off the ground and ultimately led to play being abandoned.
Opener Rachael Haynes hit 21 before Harmanpreet Kaur (21no) and Alex Blackwell (20no) got the scoring rate motoring.
Holly Ferling (2-21) dismissed both openers and was the pick of the bowlers for the Stars who conceded 17 wides and were well behind in the game.
Players had initially gone off in the third over before the skies cleared momentarily.
Play was reduced to 14 overs apiece only for the heavens to intervene again.
