Chris Gayle played one-day international cricket since 1999 and made 9221 runs from 269 appearances.

A damaging allrounder, Gayle also claimed 158 wickets. He has 22 centuries, 47 fifties and a five-wicket haul to his name.

His aggressive style is well suited to limited-overs cricket, but Gayle has also had success in the longer form of the game, playing more than 100 Test matches. 

His Test average is 42.18 and he has scored two triple-centuries since hitting the Test scene in March 2000. 

He finished with 15 centuries and a highest-score of 333.
