Iain Wardlaw is used to reaching summits – literally. The England-born cricketer, who scaled Mount Everest in 2012, made his debut for Scotland in early 2013.
The fast bowler made a late start in county cricket and was working in the accounts department of a graphic design company when Yorkshire offered him a career in cricket in 2011 at the age of 26.
His impressive performances led to him being called up by Scotland in early 2013 and he now has 14 one-day international caps.
His best performance with the ball to date came against Kenya in June 2013 when he took 4-43.
