Shehan Jayasuriya has represented both Sri Lanka Under-19s and Under-23s and made his international debut against Pakistan in a T20I in 2015.

His ODI debut later that year against the West Indies at home.

He has failed to impress in his international appearances to date and has not been able to cement a spot in either forms of limited-overs cricket.
