A huge live music line up and entertainment experiences have been confirmed for BBL|12 matches across the country. Find out what's coming to a ground near you

The Big Bash will hit the perfect pitch this summer with a huge music line up set to offering fans more entertainment than ever before.

The off-field entertainment in KFC BBL|12 will rival the talent on-field with clubs across the league recruiting a star-studded list of festival headliners and up and coming musicians to perform across various matches throughout the tournament.

Indie rock band Temper Trap will light up the traditional New Year's Eve clash at Adelaide Oval, multiple Aria award-winning Indigenous Australian rapper Baker Boy will give a special performance at Marvel Stadium for the return Melbourne derby fixture on January 14 as part of First Nations Round celebrations and Peking Duk headlines the festivities on New Year's Day at the Gabba.

Other artists set to perform across the tournament includes festival stars such as Ball Park Music, Sneaky Sound System and Northeast Party House as well as some of Australia's fastest rising musicians in Sycco, Memphis LK, KLP, and Stace Cadet.

If music isn't you're thing, there's also plenty of off-field experiences to keep you entertained, including a brand-new canopy lighting show at Optus Stadium and a Beach Bonanza party as part of First Nations Round at Blundstone Arena in Hobart on January 15.

"The Big Bash is Australia's best sports entertainment experience, and we are excited to offer fans even more with so many amazing artists performing," said Alistair Dobson, Cricket Australia's General Manager Big Bash Leagues.

"In addition to big hits, classic catches and epic battles, fans will be treated to even more this summer with live performances, fireworks, light shows and dancing, ensuring there is something for everyone."
