The Next Gen: Jonty Rushton (Victoria)

Despite not having the common build of a fast bowler, this stocky Victorian can send the ball down just as quickly as any with the ability to get early wickets. Pair that with a more-than-capable skillset with the bat and Rushton is ready made First Class prospect. Rushton only competed in one under 19 National Championships before becoming over-age but showed enough to spike the interest of the national Youth Selection Panel.
