Port Macquarie plays host to the first Trans-Tasman series this decade, with a raft of Australia's top indoor cricketers to do battle with our competitors across the Tasman Sea in a three-day tournament. 

Last played in 2008, the series sees more than 120 players converge on country New South Wales for the high performance series that forms part of Australian Cricket's newly-developed Australian Cricket Pathway.

This will be the only time where Australia play on home soil, after claiming a number of World Cups in the 2010s in all age formats, with this series a direct feeder into next year's Open World Cup in Dubai.

The Trans-Tasman series will feature an under-22 division alongside the Open division for both men and women, with six-time World Cup winner Jude Coleman to take charge of the Women's Open squad.

Last time the series was held, in 2008 in New Zealand, Australia produced a clean sweep in three-match series across Open Men, Open Women, 19 & Under Men and 19 & Under Women divisions.
