Wicketkeeper and opening batsman Matthew Cross first broke into the Scotland team when he was selected to play a List A match against Hampshire in May 2013.
Cross, who was Scotland vice-captain during the 2011 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup, made his one-day international debut eight months later during the ICC Cricket World Cup qualifying tournament in New Zealand.
His second ODI match produced his best performance to date, in the form of a half-century against Kenya.
The gloveman, who has taken 18 catches in his first eight ODIs, will hope to carry that form into the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015.
