Australia men’s ODI debut in Mackay sold out

We are expecting 5,000 fans to witness the historic moment on Friday, marking the return of Men’s International Cricket to the region after more than three decades. 
 
Cricket Australia (CA) has seen an extraordinary response from fans across the North, with the first matches at each venue of the BKT Tyres Men’s white-ball series, in Darwin, Cairns, and now Mackay sold out. 
 
While Friday’s ODI is now at capacity, fans still have the chance to attend the final match of the series at Great Barrier Reef Arena on Sunday. Tickets are available here.

“We’re thrilled about the buzz and excitement in Mackay, with Friday’s game already sold out and Sunday selling fast. 
 
“We have seen an extraordinary response from the fans during the BKT Tyres Men’s white-ball series. Each venue has seen sell-out crowds for the opening matches, which speaks volumes about the passion for cricket in these regions. 
 
“Thanks to fans for their outstanding support throughout the series and we look forward to an exciting conclusion in Mackay.”
