Behrendorff returns for final Pakistan ODI

Aussies make one change to their side as they attempt to complete a series whitewash in Dubai

Australia have recalled left-armer Jason Behrendorff for their ODI series finale against Pakistan in Dubai, where the hosts have opted to bowl.

Australia are pursuing an eighth straight victory in the 50-over format but also a 5-0 series win.

Australia haven't completed a 5-0 ODI series victory since 2013, while they haven't achieved that feat overseas since 2008.

Behrendorff (gastro) was an enforced omission for Friday's game at the same venue, a final-over thriller that Australia won by six runs.

Aussies remain perfect with tight win

Behrendorff's return, at the expense of Nathan Coulter-Nile, is the only change to the XI that took a 4-0 lead in the five-match series.

Pakistan revealed one change at the toss, calling up Mohammad Abbas in place of teenage tearaway Mohammad Hasnain.

Australia XI: Aaron Finch (capt), Usman Khawaja, Shaun Marsh, Peter Handscomb, Glenn Maxwell, Marcus Stoinis, Alex Carey, Kane Richardson, Jason Behrendorff, Nathan Lyon, Adam Zampa.

Pakistan XI: Shan Masood, Abid Ali, Haris Sohail, Umar Akmal, Saad Ali, Imad Wasim (capt), Mohammad Rizwan, Yasir Shah, Usman Shinwari, Junaid Khan Mohammad Abbas.
