Linsey Smith made her T20I debut for England in 2018, but she fell out of favour after nine matches across six months.
Strong domestic form, including a successful WBBL|09 campaign for Sydney Sixers, saw Smith catapult back into selection contention in 2024, where she featured in England's T20 World Cup squad.
Consolidating herself as a consistent member of England's T20I set-up, Smith's ODI debut then followed in May 2025.
Having previously played for the Stars, Renegades and Sixers, Smith was snapped up by the Hurricanes at the WBBL|11 draft.
