Bio

Young fast bowler Belinda Vakarewa is one of NSW's most promising bowlers, and a squad member of the Lendlease Breakers and Sydney Thunder.

Vakarewa was part of the Sydney Thunder squad that won the inaugural Women's Big Bash title.

The young quick has spent time plying her trade through NSW’s pathway, representing her state in the under-15s and under-18s and was part of the NSW Metropolitan team that won the 2014-15 Under-18 National Championships.

Vakarewa also gained international experience in 2015, travelling to Sri Lanka as part of the NSW Development Squad.
