Player Story

A Wollongong product via Mossman, Barton is a fast bowler who loves to compete. He has a strong pedigree in the underage system, representing NSW Country at both U17 and U19 level.

He also represented Australia in the U17 championships in 2025, and showed his wares with a haul of 4-57 in a Youth Test against India U19 in the same year.

Playing first grade for Wollongong in 2024-25, he moved to Sydney for the 2025-26 summer, and was rewarded with selection for Australia at the U19 World Cup in the early months of 2026.
