A tall, rangy fast bowler, Jack Nisbet was part of Australia's pace brigade at the Under-19 World Cup in 2022.

Nisbet earned his Sheffield Shield debut at the start of the 2023-24 summer and played five matches in his maiden season, taking 18 wickets at 22.55 which included a five-wicket haul on debut.
