Player Story
From Bundaberg, where she attended high school, Hamilton was the second youngest player to debut for Queensland in the WNCL era, with her first match against WA on 15 March 2022.
The highly rated left-arm quick debuted for Brisbane Heat during WBBL|08 and was a member of Australia's Under-19 World Cup squad in 2022, where she picked up five wickets at an average of 10.5.
In WBBL|10 she made history as the youngest player to claim a WBBL five-fer, with her 5-8 the equal-second best figures in league history.
In 2025, her leadership potential was acknowledged when Hamilton was named Australia captain for the U19 World Cup. Shortly after, the Queenslander was picked in an Australia A squad to meet England A, and again against India A later the same year.
Her international debut came in the third ODI of the 2025-26 multi-format series against India, in Hobart, with ODI cap No.151 presented by captain Alyssa Healy, who was playing her final ODI.
