Price categories are an indication of seat locations in the venues. 'Platinum' tickets generally provide more shade coverage throughout the day, and are in a premium viewing position when compared to the lower price categories.

If you are buying a General Admission ticket these seating areas are operated on a first-come, first-serve basis. When you arrive at the venue you will be directed to the available seats/sections by the event staff.

A Twilight ticket is available to Day-Night Test matches and allows entry to the venue for the final two sessions of the day. These tickets are discounted by 25% of the full day price.

This includes wheelchair spaces and enhanced amenity seating. Enhanced amenity seating might be on an aisle, involve less stairs or have more space around the seating position.

Accessible seating can be purchased by calling the ticket agent dedicated phone lines.

A seat will be defined as restricted view if a minimum of 20% of the ground is incomplete due to the position of the seats, or something is positioned in the line of sight of the ground (based on the height of an average adult) – like a handrail, speaker, camera etc

A family ticket consists of 2 adults and 2 children. Those attending as a family do not need to be related to each other.

At all venues, there are a range of operational matters which require some tickets to be held in reserve seating that subsequently may become available to the general public closer to the match. For example, our broadcast requirements, sightscreen, hospitality etc.

Children's tickets can be purchased for most price categories, but not all. Children must be between 4 and 15 as of the time of the match.

Children aged 3 or under as at the time of the match do not require a ticket, providing they enter with, and sit on the lap of, an adult or guardian who possess a valid ticket. Infants cannot occupy a seat of their own and only one infant may enter with one adult.

Your tickets should be sent to you direct from the ticket agent, please check your junk mail or log into your ticket agent account if you are unsure of the delivery method you selected.

The advertised ticket price includes public transport on match day to the following venues:

• Adelaide Oval
• Gabba
• Metricon Stadium
• Perth Stadium

Tickets purchased in a single order at the same time will be seated together

Yes there are travel and accommodation available for selected matches and days, these can be organized through the Cricket Australia Travel Office.

Refund

Refund or exchange of tickets are only applicable if the match has been cancelled, rescheduled, relocated, or washed out. Please refer to the National Refund Policy available here to check if you are eligible for a refund

Reselling

You may resell your tickets at the same price you bought them for, however the resale of tickets at a premium is a breach of the 2018-19 Ticket and Entry Conditions, available here. A breach of these could result in:

• cancellation of all affected tickets without notice; and/or
• being refused admission to, or evicted from the Venue, without refund of the ticket price or compensation of any kind.

In addition, the resale of Tickets in certain circumstances is governed by Ticket sales legislation in each state and may attract criminal penalties.
